Business Loans for Women: Business Plan Before Business Loan - Marketing and Sales Strategies

Marketing as you know it he process of creating customers and customers as you know are the lifeblood of your business.  So in your business plan you want to discuss your marketing strategy.  You marketing strategy should be an ongoing and self-evaluation process, unique to your company. 

Your overall marketing strategy would include

Strategy for growing your business.  An internal strategy such as how to increase your human resources, a franchise strategy for branching out, a horizontal strategy - providing the same type of products to different users; and/or a vertical strategy - you provide the same products but offer them at different levels of the distribution chain.

Choices of distribution channels include - original equipment manufacturers, an internal sales force, distributor, and/or retailers.  

Your communication strategy - how are you going to reach your customers, Advertising, personal selling borchures, catalogues, etc.

Once you define your marketing strategy move on to sales strategy.
