The SBA has added numerous loan guarantee programs into a new program called CAPlines. Caplines offers 5 different types of loans. The loans are short term working capital loans for a women to obtain cash for a period of time to start or expand their business.
You can also find other types of loans from the government just by searching the internet. There are technical loans, international trade loans, physical disaster business loans, 504 loans (long term financing specially designed for the purchase of long term assets such as equipment, real estate etc.) property loans and more. Just type in any search term you can think of and you will be surprised at what you find.
You can also search for business grants. Business grants are usually very specific and do take some research. The benefit is you do not have to pay the money back.
So take the time to research government loans. There are many types of business loans for the woman seeking to open or expand their business.
