Be prepared for lenders to go through all your finances.  Lenders want to know they are going to be repaid.  Lenders look for business that have solid personal and business financial records.  They look for individuals committed to their business.

Lenders are going to look at you gross annual sales or projections.  The are going to check revenues, checking account balances, the length of time you have been in business.  The lender will look at current debts and loans and the repayment schedules.  They will look to see what you offer as collateral.

If you are new they are going to want a detailed business plan.
